Current state of land and building
The property offered for sale is situated in Salcotto, municipality of Cortona, in a semi-rural location lying at the foot of the hill of Cortona, just off the provincial road of Val di Pierle. The property consists of a building formerly used as school premises with appurtenant garden area (formerly housing the Istituto Professionale per l’Agricoltura di Cortona [public vocation school for agriculture]) as well as diverse outbuildings and surrounding plots of land. The property is situated in a semi-rural hill location characterized by the presence of mostly-renovated mansions with large park areas.
